We are currently seeking a Hotel Clerk Supervisor on behalf of our client, to oversee and coordinate the front desk and guest services operations at their establishment. If you have a strong background in hospitality and leadership skills, we'd like to introduce you to this supervisory role where you can play a key part in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work Setting- Hotel, motel, resort Tasks- Perform same duties as workers supervised Co-ordinate, assign and review work Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Requisition materials and supplies Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports Work conditions and physical capabilities- Attention to detail Large workload Standing for extended periods Tight deadlines Work under pressure Personal suitability- Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Judgement Organized Team player Screening questions- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
