Adopt Switchy a White - with Black Mixed Breed (Medium) / Mixed dog in King

Switchy came to us from a shelter where he was rescued from a very sad life. He was extremely underweight and terrified. We have seen him flourish with time, but he will still need a lot of patience and understanding from his future family. It took Switchy a while to wag his tail or even ask for pets. He is very sweet and gentle. He is very treat motivated and is working on learning 'sit' and 'place'. Switchy is looking for an active family who will take him for a lot of walks. He is still being evaluated with dogs, but is doing well so far. Due to his past he will always need a slow introduction with people and dogs to ensure it goes well. For now, we recommend Switchy goes to a teen or adult home, as he can be afraid of the quick movements of children.
