Do you like super friendly pups who love to play with other dogs? Here I am. I love pets.Found in the Middle East when just a few months old, I was in the midst of a group of large stray dogs. My rescuer took me to her shelter. I had many health issues that took a heavy financial input to take care of for me. They say I was soooo worth it. I am healthy now and doing great.I came to the US in Sept of 2023. Currently, I live with my lovely foster family near Portland, OR and am ready to meet my new forever family.Love to cuddle & hug? Me too. Love kisses? Me too. Love love, love kisses. Yup, I'm an affectionate girl. I'm a quiet girl too, who shows great loyalty. My attitude is one of gentleness. You'll find I can be pretty funny at times. I like to make people laugh.While I am quite athletic & playful, I can be quite the couch potato too. Given that I am curious and smart, I should be very easy to train. I can display an independent streak at times, typical hound.If I could find a home that loves to snuggle as much as I do, I will be in 7th heaven. Hoping you have or know of other doggie friends I can play with. I'd do best with a dog that doesn't want to dominate me. I may growl at new dogs, but as soon as I am told to stop, I listen. Then given proper intro, I am good. While my rescuer has stated I am good with cats, there is no video proof.Going for walks or hikes and enjoying together time is just my style. I'm pretty good on leash, but pull when I see another dog on my walk. I find new friends so interesting, so I will need a bit of work on that.I am also terrific with kids.
