If you are on the lookout for an energetic pup that you can share all of life's adventures with, submit an application for Shadow today!~ Shadow is a sweet and loving, affectionate cuddle buddy~ Energetic jumping-bean that cannot contain his exuberance ~ Shadow is looking for an active home that can keep up with him~ Shadow is looking for a quiet and patient home, that can work with him on feeling more comfortable being alone as well as his mild sensitivity to sound~ He is looking for a single person, couple or family with older children to call his own~ He will need to be signed up for 2 training sessions prior to going into his forever home to set him up for successRegularly Exhibited Behaviours Noticed:- High Energy- Jumpy- Under-Socialized- Separation anxiety- Mild sound sensitivity Explanation of Behaviours:- Shadow has shown mild sound sensitivity and his new family will have to work with him on desensitization. - Shadow has shown some separation anxiety while here at the shelter and he will need his new family to be willing to help him become more comfortable when being alone- Shadow is a young high-energy dog that needs a lot of daily exercise accompanied by mental situation, enrichment and training- Shadow has had little training prior to coming into our care and will need his new family to work on basic manners, jumpiness and socializing him in a safe and positive wayThis dog would benefit from:- An active family- Socialization- Training- A home with older childrenTraining needs/behaviours that need to be worked with for this dog:- Basic Training- Basic manners; especially his jumping up- Socialization- Separation anxiety- Desensitization to soundThis handsome young pup has been waiting to find his perfect loving home.
