As a Senior Locksmith, you will provide: Installation & service of mechanical locking devices and door hardware Day to day on site service of customers Commercial, residential and automotive locksmithing services Coach and mentor junior team members Scheduled on-call support as required This may be the next step in your career journey if you have: Commercial, Residential & Automotive Locksmith experience Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work with various tools & equipment Strong communication skills & desire to coach and mentor junior team members Superior customer service mindset Clear driving record and a clean criminal record Strong attention to detail and follow up Willing to work rotational after hours on-call if required Live in Durham Region or surrounding areas What’s in it for you?
