You say you’ve been searching forever for the perfect lap cat? Well, the search is finally over! We have him! We’ve got the ideal cat for you and his name is Marcus. Not only is Marcus ruggedly handsome and has the softest fur ever, but he’s also the epitome of a lap cat. The minute you sit on the couch, Marcus will be right there to sit on you, seeking affection. If not on you, he will lie right beside you. He always needs to be in contact with you. Whether you’re lying on the couch or in bed, Marcus enjoys cuddling on your chest and will show you how much he loves you by purring the entire time. If you must go to work or out to run errands, that’s no problem, but he will be expecting his kissing and cuddling time as soon as you come home. Marcus loves to play with his treats. If you toss one for him, he will play hockey with it for a bit before he finally eats it. He also enjoys playing with his cat toys with you, but if you don’t have time to play with him, he’ll pick a toy and entertain himself. Marcus gets along well with other cats and would thrive in a home with another friendly cat companion or with someone who is home often to provide a warm lap for cuddles. Marcus was found outside as a stray, malnourished and dehydrated. Since he wasn't microchipped, it was evident that he must have had a home at some point. Marcus went to his loving foster home, where he regained his strength and weight. Marcus is now ready for his forever lap! If you think you have what it takes – especially a warm lap and endless cuddles and kisses for Marcus, then you might be the perfect match for him.
