Description:

We are looking for a full-time Barista with a minimum 3 years experience.Duties include: Ensuring the quality and consistency of coffee beverages; Grinding and measuring coffee beans, adjusting grind size and extraction time to achieve the desired flavor; Must be well-versed in the coffee menu offerings and have a comprehensive understanding of different coffee beans, their flavor profiles, and brewing methods; Specialize in the art of preparing and serving coffee-based beverages; Preparing and crafting espresso-based beverages; Creating unique and creative coffee beverages experimenting with different flavors, ingredients, and presentation techniques to offer innovative and customized drinks; Creating intricate designs on the surface of coffee drinks using steamed milk to pour and manipulate the milk in a way that forms patterns and artwork; Familiar with manual brewing methods, such as pour-over, French press etc.; Preparing and serving espresso coffee and other breakfast drinks; Providing guests with product details such as blends and preparation description; Weigh, grinds and pack coffee beans for guests; Knowledge of various brewing techniques, water temperature, extraction time, and coffee-to-water ratios. $28.40 - $30.00 per hour.Special consideration will be given to the various underrepresented groups.
