Building strong client relationships through scheduled meetings, actively listening to clients' needs, concerns, and preferences, and providing excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction. Implementing effective sales strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and interests, emphasizing the advantages of purchasing a second project to showcase its value. Collaborating with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies for successful conversions, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Maintaining accurate records of project visits, client interactions, and sales progress, along with preparing regular reports detailing sales performance, achievements, and challenges. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in home improvement services Proven experience in sales and a track record of achieving targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to assess project progress and identify potential issues. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales objectives. Collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
