As the Marketing Manager you will be at the helm of our marketing efforts, steering the company towards unprecedented growth. Your responsibilities include: • Organic Marketing - Social Media: Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy and calendar to engage prospective clients• Organic Marketing - Client Newsletter: Keep prospects and clients informed with regular newsletter campaigns and automation.• Organic Marketing - SEO: Oversee SEO strategies to ensure top ranking in search engine results and driving increased organic traffic.• Organic Marketing - Reputation Management: Implementing strategies to monitor and enhance the company's online reputation, ensuring a positive brand image.• Performance Marketing - Cold Email: Spearhead cold email campaigns to generate 100 demos booked per month. Manage the cold email operator.• Performance Marketing - Partner Program: Support the growth of the partner program to foster strategic alliances, enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.• Performance Marketing - Ads: Support ads agency with campaigns across various channels, including social, search and newsletter drops to generate leads and demos. Manage the agency of record.• Performance Marketing - Events/Conferences/Dinners: Support in planning and execution of industry events, conferences and dinners for revenue growth.• Department Management - Budget Management: create and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to hit objectives.• Department Management - Team Management: Supporting the growth and management of the marketing team with the in-house team, agencies and vendors. Required Skills & Experience: • Ideally 5+ years building and leading a marketing team.• Proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role within a B2B SaaS startup or fast-paced tech environment.• Proven track record of managing an ad spend budget and generating a strong ROI in paid search and social.• An understanding of sales motion, partnership program as well as a product-led growth motion.• Experience managing external marketing agencies.• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a diverse team.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies, bonus if you have experience working with Hubspot.• Ability to use excel to generate reports and manage data for marketing campaigns.•Process and number driven.
