We are the area's largest in-house financing dealership, with over $20,000,000 in pre-owned inventory. We specialize in newer-year vehicles and take pride in ensuring that each car, truck, SUV, van and commercial vehicle undergoes a thorough safety inspection and preventative maintenance.We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager who is passionate about cars, with great dealership skills and excellent communications skills. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the dealership's goals and objectives. Manage the sales team: The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading the sales team, which includes recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their targets. Determine inventory needs, purchase vehicles, and determine recondition requirements. Perform trade-in appraisals. Maintain positive and successful guest relationships and ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded. Conduct regular performance reviews, assist with upper management requests, and other various duties that may arise. Skills requirements： A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Representative. Previous experience in Automotive Management would be considered an Asset. Completion of a Diploma in business administration, or an automotive-related field is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong organization and prioritization skills Wages: $35/hr based on 40 hrs a week, in person + Commission package.
