Fritou Chicken and Valley Pizza in Regina, Saskatchewan is looking for one experienced Food Service Supervisor.Location of employment: 4610 Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4S 6B4Number of position: 1Job Type: Full time and PermanentStarting date: as soon as possibleSalary: $27.00 per hour, 35 hours per weekEducation: High school graduation certificateLanguages: EnglishExperience: 1 year to less than 2 yearsTasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules Requisition food and kitchen supplies Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers’ complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Prepare food order summaries for chef Supervise and check assembly of trays Establish work schedules Supervision: 5-10 people Staff in various areas of responsibility Personal suitability: Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Team player Dependability
