Job - User Channel Operations Specialist Location - Greater Vancouver (Hybrid role) - Contract - 1 Year and Extendable Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin Job description:Responsible for the operational planning and execution of specific projects for the e-commerce platform in the channels where target users in Canada are located, including the use and accounting of budgets. Can independently complete the planning, program writing, copywriting content output and effect monitoring of operational projects; be independently responsible for the cooperation establishment, mining, negotiation and operation of channels where target users are located, including cost-effective social media, local public accounts, forums and social media group. Responsible for the increment and operational effects of relevant channel users. Job requirement More than six years of relevant user-side operation experience in the e-commerce industry. Applicants with relevant work background and user channel resources in the e-commerce industry in China and Canada will be given priority; Excellent communication skills and writing skills, with certain logic, thinking and innovation capabilities, able to independently and efficiently adopt reasonable working methods and be result-oriented to ensure smooth progress of projects and achievement of goals; understand the current status of the domestic and foreign e-commerce industry and China's supply chain , who is also a heavy e-commerce user and can grasp hot topics and hot-selling products and apply them to daily work; Mature and steady professional qualities, good pressure resistance and self-driving force, strong sense of goal and execution ability, and understanding of how to work as a team both internally and externally.
