We’re seeking a caring, high energy Bilingual Cu stomer Sup port and Sales Operations Specialist to join our collaborative Bridges Canada Sales Team. You specific responsibilities will include : Entering all orders received via telephone, email or from our webstore Processing credit card payments on orders as required Assisting customers with tracking shipments Assisting sales team with creating and organizing presentations or demos Maintaining catalogue mailing list for marketing Assisting with general inquiries from bilingual prospects and clients Assisting with follow-up on delinquent (bilingual only) accounts Accounts payable data entry and filing Mailing and emailing of invoices Filing of picking tickets for LKG & Bridges Qualifications / skills: Strong oral and written communicator, bilingual in English and French Excellent planning, organizing, & communicating skills. Strong teamwork skills. Multitasker capable of handling different requests and multiple priorities across business units Good data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to adapt to an ERP system for order entry and returns management Powered by JazzHR
