Ability to work under pressure.Team Player Job Duties: - Greet Clients professionally and direct them to the appropriate contacts or services. - Handle phone call bookings, cancelation, confirming appointments.- Maintain Reception desk and front area organised all the time. - May perform clerical duties and maintain front desk security.- Stocking stationery and water supplies.- Calculate billing charges, handle credit card checks, receive payment, issue receipts.- Provide general information in person and by phone with help of companys manual and brochure.- Keeping check on housekeeping and sanitation services.
