- Assist with research initiatives and compile findings into coherent reports.- Carry out administrative duties effectively, including document management and scheduling.- Review and suggest enhancements to curriculum programs based on educational best practices.- Assist in the creation and planning of new program structures and learning objectives.- Support the recruitment process and participate in the selection of educational staff.- Help assess the efficacy of education policies through data analysis.- Contribute to the professional growth of teachers by co-developing training materials.- Collaborate on the production of teaching resources for program implementation.- Co-facilitate educational sessions at workshops or conferences as needed.- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program delivery and outcomes.- Help oversee the coordination of office and volunteer staff activities.
