Our company is based in Toronto, ON, Canada and we serve clients across the country. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly - Ability to work well in a team environment - Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plus Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, ON. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods. The role may also require some travel for training or to attend industry events.
