SUMMARY: We are seeking a dependable and detail orientated Inside Sales Representative for lead follow-up, promotion notifications and new product information. NO COLD CALLING During a typical week you will be responsible, but not limited to the following duties: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up Work with Client Managers to understand current promotions, special offers and inform customers of relevant product updates CRM record keeping and lead management of all customer interactions The successful candidates must possess the following Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrable attention to detail Understanding of the importance of fast and accurate responses Outstanding telephone skills with impressive ability to relate over the phone, good speaking voice, and able to deal with multiple levels within organizations Excellent oral and written communication in English (French an asset) Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services Stay informed about brands and products Ability to use Microsoft Office and comfortable using web-based software and communication tools Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a definite asset We offer a competitive wage and group benefit package.
