Other great benefits that we offer include: Casual office attire Wellness allowance Educational allowance RRSP/TFSA matching Comprehensive medical, dental & extended health coverage Hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 from home) $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary Responsibilities: Renewing accounts in a timely manner Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and retaining recurring revenue through renewals Looking for upsell opportunities to increase client account value, to which we provide commission Monitoring personnel movement within your portfolio to ensure that we train all new employees Providing loyalty check-ins Customer onboarding and training Providing day-to-day customer support through emails, tickets and phone calls Required Skills and Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a similar role at a SaaS company) Excellent command of the English language Exceptional organization skills Previous experience with client portfolio management an asset Ability to quickly grow within our evolving company Previous CRM experience an asset About Prevue Prevue HR is more than a software company.
