Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week.• 48 Open Houses will be conducted by the agent in a calendar year. Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 About Company: Welcome to The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna.
