We are currently seeing a skilled individual for the position of Bookkeeper / Office Administrator. Duties :- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions- Prepare and submit invoices to clients- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting- Perform bank reconciliations- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees- Generate financial reports and statements as needed- Assist with year-end tax preparation Qualifications : - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Solid understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports- Strong organizational and time management skills- Effective communication and interpersonal skillsIf you have a passion for numbers, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
