Salary range 65 - 70k CAD Principal Responsibilities• Methodically manage Accounts Payable inbox • Work collaboratively with Operations group in matching PO-related invoices to receipts• Route Non-PO invoices for approvals• Data entry of invoices into Sage & NetSuite• Assist in tracking of Capex items, prepayments, deposit. Keep track of Pro-forma invoices.• Review employee expense claim coding and process claims timely.• Prepare credit card statement reconciliations against monthly credit card statements• Assist with journal entries and accounts reconciliations at month end• Assist with payment processing in RBC express.• Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications, Education & Experience 3-5 years accounting experience Post Secondary education in Accounting Technology or Biopharma industry would be an asset. Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service skills: communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills. Ability to use good judgement to effectively schedule and prioritize work.
