Job Duties: Develop efficient methods to meet operational schedules. Supervise and coordinate the tasks of food preparation and portioning among staff. Conduct training sessions for staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols. Estimate required quantities and order ingredients and supplies accordingly. Recruit and hire food service personnel. Ensure adherence to food service standards and maintain quality control measures. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively. Keep detailed records of stock inventory, equipment repairs, sales data, and wastage. Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operational performance. Establish and manage work schedules for the team. Required Experience and Skills: Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in scheduling and budgeting. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to train and motivate staff. Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations. Competency in using inventory management software and systems. Strong client focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work effectively under fast-paced and high-pressure conditions. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. A commitment to providing excellent customer service. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset but also capable of working independently.
