Your responsibilities as our Customer Service Representative will include:· Interacting with clients, handling requests and orders for the delivery of office supplies and equipment.· Communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone while making sure you understand their reason for contacting you.· Assure that the customer's question is addressed and that expectations are managed to the greatest possible degree.· Offer clients effective and efficient service, taking on objection handling when necessary.· Provide customers with recommendations for extra and different products or services to suit their needs. When necessary, direct customers to other Poad Financial Services departments.· Manage all customer service-related administrative tasks, such as keeping up with and updating customer data in our CRM system.· Gain and preserve a thorough understanding of all goods, services, frameworks, and procedures to handle a range of inquiries.· Constantly listen to customer feedback to seek ways to improve the relationship with our customers and ways to improve the efficiency of our service.The Ideal Candidate:· It would be great if you had experience with desk-based, customer-facing account administration.· Self-reliant thinker capable of making prompt and precise decisions.· Positivity; capable of motivating and assisting fellow team members in accomplishing organizational objectives.· Capable of assigning tasks according to priority.· Outstanding communication abilities.· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Rewards and Benefits on offer:· Excellent training and development opportunities. · Competitive salary.· Home-based role from the start; · All IT equipment and resources will be provided.· 25 days of vacation plus bank holidays.· Annual medical cashback of up to $1300 is available for therapy, dentistry, optical, and consultation services.
