Qualifications:• A Residential Real Estate license is required or actively pursuing• Proficient use of technology and various software tools• Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude• Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs in person and over the phone• High School Diploma• Show good organizational and time management skills• Some weekend and evening hours required• You will need to dress appropriately, business casual• Owning your own vehicle and a valid driver's license• Having a clean criminal record is a must to be licensed in Real Estate• Be trustworthy and honest- respecting the office rules and our policy/procedures• This is not a 9-5 job, so an open schedule is required Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ at plan yearly About Company: We are a locally owned and operated common law real estate brokerage that takes pride in offering an exceptional sales experience for clients and vendors alike!
