About the Role: Reporting The Junior Inventory/ Project Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Director of Spares. Core Competencies Accountability Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Effective communication, both verbal and written Conflict resolution skills Ability to deliver results Judgement Professionalism Organization and time management skills Duties & Responsibilities Manage internal and external project activities throughout lifecycle, including resources allocation, scheduling, documentation, budgeting, and other essential factors for success. Effective communication of project expectations and status to stakeholders and senior management. Optimize inventory management for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, collaboration with AALI, GTF, and other divisions to enhance organizational inventory value. Coordinate department projects, specifically aircraft teardown projects. Maximum inventory value for serviceable and non-serviceable parts and Avmax-owned aircraft. Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to support the overall program success, including: Inventory Sales Repairs Parts purchasing Product improvements Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum high school education required; degree or diploma in related field is an asset. Experience collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated results-oriented approach to projects. Effective verbal and written communication skills for all staff levels, including technical, professional, and senior management. Strong problem identification and resolution skills. Able to establish and maintain strong professional relationships with business units, corporate departments, key managers, and other stakeholders. Flexible and adaptable to shifts in priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience A minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in project management is required.
