Who you are You are a technical individual and experienced consultant, proficient with major CPM software, primarily focused on Vena Solutions. What you will be doing You will provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client. You will create documentation and participate in project meetings. You will be a primary resource and consultant through the full lifecycle of Vena. Gather client business requirements in partnership with the Project Lead. Design innovative solutions customized for the client’s specific needs using always the best practices available. Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing, and training. Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure we are delivering a tailored solution meeting the client’s specifications. Guide and mentor junior team members while nurturing strong client relationships, providing the support needed, online or in-person at every step of the process. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in Software development/consulting/implementation, preferably in corporate performance management solutions. Strong understanding of features, functionalities, capabilities, configuration, and customization of Vena Software. Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and software deployment and operations Experience with database concepts and expertise in MS Excel. Confidence speaking and presenting information in collaborative customer settings. Ability to understand and communicate fluently in English. High motivation for a role that combines deep technical and customer-management dimensions. Ability to travel for short trips frequently to customer facilities when needed.
