We are launching a new investment management activity, focusing on renewable energies investments. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to create value in an organization that has limited red tape and join a team that operates in a high-performance environment. As an Associate, you will: Work closely with the Senior director, Asset Management Model electricity asset generation capacity, market constraints and market price projections. Build renewable energy investment portfolios using both fundamental valuation models and quantitative analysis. Analyze investment opportunities such as Power Purchase Agreements, identifying key benefits and risks. Provide recommendations on pricing for asset negotiations discussions. Work with the IT team to structure and maintain reliable data. Contribute to the preparation of presentation documents for client meetings. Profiles we are looking for : You have a Master in financial engineering or related field. You have 3+ years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, Project Finance, or Infrastructure. You have experience with renewable energies (asset). You have strong programming skills in SQL and Python. You have OTC derivative modeling skills. You are bilingual (French & English). Construire des portefeuilles d’investissement en énergies renouvelables à l’aide de modèles de valorisation fondamentaux et d’analyses quantitatives. Analyser des opportunités d’investissement comme des « Power Purchase Agreements », en identifiant les principaux avantages et risques. Fournir des recommandations quant à une fourchette de prix pour la négociation des actifs. Travailler avec l’équipe TI pour structurer et maintenir des données fiables. Contribuer à la préparation des documents de présentation pour les réunions avec les clients. Les profils que nous cherchons : Tu as une maîtrise en ingénierie financière ou autre domaine connexe. Tu as +3 ans d’expérience en fusions et acquisitions, « Private Equity », financement de projets ou infrastructure. Tu as de l’expérience avec les énergies renouvelables (atout). Tu as de solides compétences en SQL et en Python. Tu as des compétences en modélisation de produits dérivés OTC. Tu es bilingue (français et anglais). Tu détiens le titre de CFA ou de CAIA (atout).
