JOB SUMMARY: The Level 2 IT Support Technician role is to provide technical support and assistance to the CPP corporate team and partner clinics. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide escalation support to Level 1 on Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016), Azure AD, On-Prem AD Network management; help troubleshooting remote network issues and be part of the discussion about networking standards and IT vision System administration; technical escalation regarding hardware, appliances, configuration, maintenance, etc. Document effectively within tickets and in knowledgebase articles Able to communicate technical ideas to non-technical people ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in IT support or related field Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and features, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Team Nice to haves: experience with jamf, some macOS/iOS knowledge, experience with MDM, some experience managing small projects Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems and basic networking concepts Strong understanding of email routing and troubleshooting Ability to create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions Knowledge of anti-spam and anti-malware technologies Experience with remote desktop software and remote troubleshooting Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work on-site as required Note: This job is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work both remotely and on-site as required.
