The Opportunity As Senior Manager - Business Valuation, you will be at the heart of the growth of the Business Valuation service line. You will play a key role in the development, consolidation, and innovation of our valuation service offering. Join us and be part of this unique professional adventure! Your responsibilities Contribute to the development and implementation of a strategic business plan specific to this line of service; Ensure that deliverables are produced to the highest quality standards, within prescribed deadlines; Manage complex business analyses including the evaluation of intangible assets, purchase price allocation (PPA), private placement valuation, impairment testing of purchase price allocation in financial disputes, estate freezing, buying and selling of businesses, transactions between related parties, etc.; Manage the daily operations of the service line and be responsible for its financial health; Supervise, train, and mentor a dedicated team of professionals, promoting personal and professional growth within our dynamic environment. Your profile Hold a CPA professional certification; Hold a title of business valuation expert (EEE/CBV) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA or ABV), or any other relevant title; Demonstrate accounting expertise with a specialization in business valuation; Possess over 10 years of experience in positions related to business valuation or forensic accounting; Ability to manage complex projects and a dynamic team; Possess teamwork, rigor, and attention to detail, while being ready to engage in a collaborative environment; Excellent communication skills in both French and English to interact effectively with all our clients in Quebec and beyond; Be motivated by continuous improvement and be open to exploring new perspectives to bring added value to our clients and our team.
