We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process• Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the team plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Master scripts Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
