Job summary:We are the liaison between the point of origin and the point of consumption. As an integrated logistics partner, we plan, control and implement effective systems to constantly improve the flow of the goods, documentation and information meeting our customers’ needs.Main duties: Promote sales to existing clients Identify and solicit potential clients domestically and from foreign countries Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of company goods and /or services Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates Prepare and oversee preparation of sales contracts Provide after sale service to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales Attend Trade shows to network and acquire leads and contacts Employment requirements: Experience in sales or in an occupation related to the product or service is usually required. Experience in the food and beverage industry is usually required Fluency in English and Italian required and foreign country work or travel experience is an asset Completion of secondary school is required. A university degree or completion of a college or other program would be an asset. Proficient in data entry and MS Office and knowledge of IES Descartes and Zoho preferred Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure favorable rates and contracts Possible Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Vision care Job Type: Full-time (37.5h/week)Salary: $28.50 per hourSchedule: Monday to Friday Where: In person - Bolton, ON L7E 1H4 (required)
