Job Requirements: Language: EnglishEducation:Secondary (high) school graduation certificateExperience:1-2 years of relevant experience is required.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail.Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Client focus.Job Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff who prepare and portion food Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure food service and quality control Address customers' complaints or concerns Regularly inspect the kitchen for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Ensure that all employees are working efficiently in the kitchen and monitoring their attendance rates. Follow all food safety regulations regarding food preparation, storage, handling, and serving. Provide employees with training on food preparation and safety procedures.
