Vernon Nissan is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with a passion for the automotive industry and servicing our customers. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. These duties include a wide variety of tasks from offering customer service to administrative support across the organization. This job will have a May 27 start date! Responsibilities: Reception duties including answering phones and greeting customers Receive and send mail Ordering supplies for the office Filing, photocopying, scanning and laminating Manage New and Used Inventory with getting their packages done up and into all the systems, Reconcile Cash in PBS Doing outbound service calls Requirements: Can work independently and as part of a team Organized and pays attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Wage: Hourly pay; $20 per hour with a 90 day review Schedule: Full time Vernon Nissan has grown to become a premier auto dealer in the Okanagan region.
