We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to join our team.Responsibilities Establish and implement policies and procedures Determine and establish office procedures and routines Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Schedule and confirm appointments Manage contracts Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Oversee the preparation of reports Oversee payroll administration Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information Provide customer service Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Experience and specializationComputer and technology knowledge MS Excel MS Word Social Media Accounting software Area of work experience Purchasing, procurement and contracts Immigration Human resources Area of specialization Reports and records Contracts Invoices Accounting Additional informationWork conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Attention to detail Personal suitability Ability to multitask Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Time management Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $25.00-$35.00 per hourBenefits: Dental care Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
