Job Details:Job Title: Marketing ManagerCompany Name: Northern Lights Group CanadaPositions Available: 1Business and Work Location: 9920-63 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB Canada Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-timeSalary: $46 per hour Main Duties of the job: Develop and evaluate the marketing strategies that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online) Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Employment Requirements: College Diploma 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Please email your resume to and include Marketing Manager in the subject line.
