Coordinate the repair, preventative maintenance, cleaning, inspection, bodywork, and all related functions. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies. Perform quality checks on all equipment leaving the Yard. Develop reports and performance indicators. Works closely with location manager and region maintenance management providing status of maintenance and budget requirements.
