S3 Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK . This is a full-time position starting immediately. Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Responsibilities: Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records in the database. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and address inquiries. Manage and organize sales-related documentation and contracts. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate seamless order processing. Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer accounts. Handle administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the sales department. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
