Terry Trophy & Awards is looking for a Marketing Manager NOC 10022 Duties and Responsibilities as Marketing Manager: - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events. - Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing efforts. Ensure messaging and visuals are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. - Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant industry players, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach and engagement.- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.- Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and recommendations.
