Job Duties: Supervise, coordinate and lead retail staff. Schedule shifts, manage staffing levels, and assist job duties. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Train staff on effective customer service techniques. Monitor and analyze sales performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve them. Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers and prepare bank deposits. Maintain effective communication with higher management, suppliers, and frontline staff. Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise within the store. Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure the store operates within budget. Prepare reports including sales, inventory and personnel matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Enhance the arrangement of merchandise displays to attract customers more effectively. Requirement: A high school diploma is required. Post secondary education will be an asset. 2 years retail sales experience is required. Prior supervisory experience will be an asset. Excellent communication skills
