Permanent Position: Warehouse SupervisorNo. of vacancies: 1Start Date: As soon as possibleMain Location: Unit 108, 19329 Enterprise Way, Surrey, BC, V3S 6J8Work Location: Unit 108, 19329 Enterprise Way, Surrey, BC, V3S 6J8Wage rate: $31.35-$32.50 per hour (35-40 hours per week) and overtime starts after 40 hrs as per BC labor lawsTerm of Employment: Full time, Permanent Education: Completion of High School is requiredExperience: 1-2 years of relevant experienceLanguage: Basic Knowledge of English.Job Duties: Responsible to plan, train and supervise a team of workers. Moves the inventory by scheduling items to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers for the events Meet the warehouse operational standards by implementing warehouse strategic plans Assist team members in the timely and accurate assembly of customer orders, in preparation for shipment Maintains costs within allocated budget Prepare reports, performance reviews etc Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance Supervise ordering, receiving and maintaining of the supplies and inventories May respond to clients inquiries Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the higher management.
