We empower our students to communicate confidently verbally and in writing with English for success in their academic or career pursuits.Our language center is currently seeking experienced and talented Math/English/Chemistry Tutors for our upcoming afterschool programs. Responsibilities-plan and deliver tutorials lessons of respective content (Math/Science/Chemistry/Physics/Biology/English)-devise innovative learning and teaching strategies to retain student interest-1 v 1 tutorial lesson teaching and small group (up to 5) teaching-conduct practice tests and provide feedback to learners for improvement-document student progress and conduct individual reviews Qualifications and Experience-Have 1+ years experience teaching experience in respective subject of tutoring-Have Bachelors degree or higher in related subject or education-Be computer literate with ability to use various programs (Microsoft Office, Google Classroom, ZOOM, VOOV)-Have availability for weekends and weekday shifts-Previous teaching experience with secondary / university students preferred-Previous experience with, OSSD and/or IB curriculum or college/university curriculum preferred-OCT membership preferred-Previous Experience teaching Chinese students preferred-Ability to teach in Mandarin and/or Cantonese in addition to English preferred-Previous Experience teaching in hybrid mode preferred Application: Apply with your CV and cover letter to Shortlisted candidates will only be contacted.
