** FIV positive ** ** Bonded to Robin** kidney stones ** ** open to a palliative foster **My “friends” and I are a transplant from another rescue in Mississauga that was shutting down. I’m a very dainty and timid girl who needs a bit of time to decompress. I’m extremely nervous in new environments and will just “pancake” like a frozen statue and pray that you can’t notice me. I am very good at finding the best hiding spots (my current one is on top of a mini fridge). I am more outgoing once I’m familiar with you and my surroundings - and I am extremely vocal when it comes to food and treats. I have one single decorative bottom incisor, and I turn into a little piranha when it’s treat time! I enjoy pets, especially when food is already, but I can still be flinchy at times. I can tolerate being picked up briefly if I’m comfortable with you. I absolutely adore catnip and toys, and I’m very good at entertaining myself. I’m a pretty easy going and low maintenance cat, and I definitely have my introverted moments once my social battery is depleted and the food meter is full. I have kidney stones and ideally should remain on a urinary diet to help keep them under control. I'm pretty attached to my bestie Robin, as we are frequently found grooming each other and snuggling, so I would definitely like to go to my forever home with her.A palliative foster means that we provide supplies and vet care needed (as long as you use one of our partner vets), all we ask is that you provide our cat(s) with a loving home with lots of attention for the remainder of their life, or until it no longer works for you (or if you end up wanting to adopt!).Applications are reviewed in order received until an appropriate match is made.
