Using scales, or graded containers to make batters and doughs. Verify each ingredient and the final result to make sure that each item matches with food safety and quality standards. Decorate the finished goods and put them on display. Keeping workstations clean and stocked, as well as making sure that all equipment is cleaned and ready for the upcoming shift. Responsible for hiring and ongoing training and coaching of the kitchen staff. Keeping the inventory check and overseeing the sales of the baked goods. To ensure proper baking, adjust the oven's temperature. Create products specifically for customers according to their preferences.
