Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that support company goals and drive sales. From product launches to customer campaigns and advertising, you'll play a key role in bolstering our brand and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to create strategic messaging, go-to-market campaigns, and co-marketing programs. Support key product launches and develop sales enablement materials. Measure campaign success and present results to leadership. Manage promotional materials, event budgets, and conduct ROI analysis. Develop new POP and training material to increase sales performance and brand recognition. Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Minimum 10 years of retail marketing or brand marketing experience. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and metrics-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoToWebinar is an asset. Working Conditions: Hybrid work environment: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Travel to events in Canada and the US may be required.
