We are hiring for the following shifts: Week Nights: Monday – Thursday 9:15 pm – 7:15 am Week Days : Monday – Thursday 7:15 am – 5:15 pm Weekend days : Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7 am to 7 pm Custom Castings is an integrated, single-source solution that allows our customers to receive consistent, high-quality zinc and aluminum permanent mold castings. Eventually, with all the training provided, you will be able to cast. Work as a team with other Finishers and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet delivery commitments Experience with 5S and Continuous Improvements is an asset You will possess the following: The ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Able to communicate in English (verbal & written) Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization Must be flexible with working overtime Previous exposure to a lean environment is an asset We thank all applicants in advance for their interest in this position, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
