Consisting of lifelong Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, the leaders have built and exited multiple startups and possess deep domain expertise in the restaurant and food supply chain business, having sold previous startups to one of the world’s largest food distributors. Who We’re Looking For As the Product Manager for Cut+Dry Pay products, you will lead the team responsible for building out our Restaurant, Distributor, and Manufacturer pay product and the road map for future pay products. This product leader will work with a dedicated team of developers, designers and product marketers to build new and innovative products that make the overall pay ecosystem in Foodservice more transparent, efficient and profitable for restaurants, manufacturers, and distributors. Responsibilities: Own roadmap for all Cut+Dry Pay products, define short and long term strategic goals, act as primary contact for stakeholders Lead the internal evaluation process on which large new pay products to prioritize partnering with executives and doing first hand user experience research with stakeholders Lead the tactical execution of the pay product roadmap with a dedicated team of developers Act as a mentor for more junior product managers and developers across the team. Proactive and consistent outreach to pay users to gather feedback and prioritize development Act as a product expert for the Sales & Marketing team to help close new deals and engage with existing stakeholders not using pay products Act as lead with 3rd parties we work with to enable pay products Qualifications: +5 years of experience in product management, especially with FinTech domain Demonstrated ability to take a product concept from conception through development, MVP and GA Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills Passion for problem solving and and ability to empathize with stakeholder concerns and priorities Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities Entrepreneurial self-starter and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities in a deadline-driven environment BA/BS university degree preferred Extra credit for prior experience in the hospitality industry Why Work at Cut+Dry?
