Business Address: 8747 Ivy Ave, Burnaby, BC V5J 3H4Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (30 to 35 hours a week)Wage: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour (based on experience) Duties: Recruit, train, and supervise dealership staff. Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets. Manage the dealership's vehicle inventory, ensuring it aligns with market demand. Implement cost-control measures and strategies to improve profitability. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly. Engage in negotiations with suppliers, manufacturers, and other business partners. Handle negotiations with customers for vehicle sales and trade-ins. Job requirements: Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar field is required. Essential skills: Must have good organizational and public relations skills.
