Join Otomox Building Solutions: A Leader in Building SolutionsAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Building Information Models Technician to join our team. This role involves participating in both residential and commercial projects across Greater Vancouver, focusing on the design and implementation of various cladding systems, and leveraging innovative technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.Key Duties: Develop and prepare engineering design and drawings for residential and commercial projects Create building information models using computer software Operate computer-assisted design (CAD) and drafting workstations Develop and prepare design sketches Ensure accuracy of onsite measurement Prepare detailed drawings for engineer and estimator to review Requirements: Completion of a one- to two-year college program in drafting, or a three- to four-year apprenticeship program, or related experience plus completion of college or industry courses in drafting. Proficiency in English Full-time permanentSalary: $32-$35 per hourHours: 40 hours per weekBenefits: Extended health and dental benefits available
