***AT EHS***She's beautiful, with eyes hard to resist...please welcome Macy!Macy has come to EHS, after some compassionate people set out to help her and her buddies. They were probably born on the streets, where they were struggling to survive, until a kind woman took them in and started to care for them. Once she gained their trust, she sought the help of another rescue group who contacted the EHS team.Macy was one of the lucky ones who caught the eye of someone with a heart for animals because who knows what her life would have been like, struggling on the streets, most likely having litter after litter. Lucky for her, she did not have to experience this and this girl, who is still just a kitten herself, has an amazing life indoors, ahead of her.Though Macy was shy and fearful in the beginning, she was still very well behaved and even let the volunteer hold her for a long time, during her first trip to our vet. But her favourite part was getting to snuggle into the carrier with her buddy, Hazel.She is quite an adorable girl, and we can't wait to watch her blossom as she gets to know all her new EHS friends and gains confidence. Macy is looking for a quiet home, preferably with people who are experienced with timid cats, hopefully, a home with a feline friend. Who knows? Maybe her buddy Hazel can work her charm, too, and they could both be going home.Shakespeare, Beethoven and Sir Isaac Newton all had tuxedo cats. And you can too, if our pretty little Macy has tugged at your heart. Stop by EHS to meet our girl, we know she will make it hard to leave without her.--------------------The adoption fee for a single cat at EHS is $150. Take home a feline friend for your kitty and the adoption fee for the pair is $250! Each of our cats is spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, snap tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption.
