The successful candidate will register in the Industrial Mechanic Millwright Apprenticeship Program at St. Clair College beginning September 2024, pending application processing and course availability. What we’re looking for Fulfill requirements of apprenticeship contract as per the Ministry of Education and Training guidelines Ability to perform tasks as assigned by Group Leader or Journeyman (with and without supervision) Complete theoretical training as per government regulation and pass required exams Perform assembling, dismantling and installation of machinery and equipment Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Demonstrate an adherence to company policies and procedures Demonstrate cooperation and willingness to work with all departments Ability to follow direction and work as a team Eagerness to learn and grow within the trade Punctual and reliable team member Valid driver’s license and passport Other miscellaneous duties as assigned What you need to succeed Secondary school diploma required Manufacturing experience an asset Travel domestically and internationally as required Additional Benefits Health, dental, vision care Life insurance Company matching pension plan Retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Employee Assistance Plan Wellness Committee Additional company perks Please note that Apprenticeship Program tuition costs will be reimbursed by CenterLine upon successful completion of each level.
